Buying ammo online can feel stressful — “What if I order the wrong caliber? Will that magazine even fit my gun?”
Stress no more. At Acri Ammunition, we’ve got your back.
We accept returns on ammo products for up to 7 days from the date of delivery.
Just contact our Returns Department at acriammunition@gmail.com to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and a prepaid return shipping label.
Refunds & Restocking
- Shipping costs will be deducted from your refund unless the item was damaged in transit or defective.
- Items must be in saleable condition — if it looks like it could go right back on a store shelf, you’re good.
- Once the product is returned, inspected, and checked back into inventory, we’ll issue either a refund or store credit (your choice), minus:
- 20% restocking fee
- Any applicable shipping costs
Important Notes
- Refunds apply to the product cost only — original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was damaged or defective.
- Sealed items (such as surplus spam cans) cannot be returned once opened, unless the product inside is defective.
