Shipping Policy for ACRI Ammunition
General Information
By purchasing from ACRI Ammunition, you agree that we are not liable for packages lost or stolen after they leave our facility.
For real-time order status, use the tracking number provided in your confirmation email.
If tracking shows “delivered”, but you haven’t received your package contact us immediately.
All sales are final and non-refundable due to federal regulations and safety protocols.
Age Restrictions
Federal Law (18 USC § 922(b)(1) & 27 CFR § 478.99(b)):
- 21 years or older to purchase handgun
- 18 years or older to purchase rifle or shotgun
- We verify age via government-issued ID at checkout or through FFL transfer
States We DO NOT Ship To
No shipments to:
- New York (statewide)
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Washington, D.C.
- City of Chicago (municipal ban)
- California
State-Specific Requirements
FOID + State ID required to ship to:
- Illinois
- New Jersey
Additional State Requirements:
- Connecticut: State-issued ID + Handgun Permit or Eligibility Certificate required
- Illinois: Valid FOID card + State ID required
- Massachusetts: Valid LTC or FID card required
- New Jersey: Valid Firearms Purchaser ID + State ID; no drop-shipping
- California must be shipped to an FFL dealer
- All Ammo purchases will be shipped to an FFL where required by state and local law
The FOID (Firearm Owner’s Identification) card is issued by your state police to qualified residents.
We verify all documents before shipping.
